How odds are displayed

Odds cards show you all the information you need to evaluate a bet at a glance. Here's what each part means:

Team information

At the top of each card:

  • Team names and logos

  • Game time in your timezone

  • Current score (for live and completed games)

Sportsbook tabs

When multiple sportsbooks offer odds for a game, you'll see tabs across the top. Tap any tab to switch between sportsbooks and compare prices.

If only one sportsbook has odds available, the card shows a single column layout with larger, easier-to-read odds.

Bet types

Each card organizes odds by bet type:

  • Moneyline - Which team will win outright

  • Spread - Win margin (e.g., -7.5 points)

  • Totals - Combined score over/under

Tap any bet type to focus on those markets.

Finding the best price

The gold star

A gold star ⭐ appears on odds cells that offer the best price across all sportsbooks. This means you're getting maximum value for that bet.

For example, if three sportsbooks offer odds on Lakers ML and FanDuel has +120 while others have +115, the FanDuel cell gets the gold star.

Hover over the star (on desktop) to see a tooltip confirming it's the best price.

Why best price matters

Even small differences in odds add up over time. The best price:

  • Increases your payout when you win

  • Reduces your risk on close lines

  • Maximizes long-term profitability

Always check for the gold star before saving a bet.

Line movement indicators

Green and red arrows

Odds that have moved recently show an arrow indicator:

  • Green arrow (↑) - Odds improved (better value than when they opened)

  • Red arrow (↓) - Odds dropped (less valuable than opening)

These arrows only appear when:

  • Movement is significant (typically 5+ points for moneylines)

  • The change happened within the last 24 hours

This helps you understand market sentiment and spot opportunities.

What line movement tells you

  • Heavy green arrows - The line moved in your favor; you're getting better odds than earlier bettors

  • Heavy red arrows - The line moved against you; sharp money may be on the other side

  • No arrows - Odds are stable or movement was minimal

Saving odds to track

The purple bookmark

When you save a bet, the odds cell shows a purple bookmark badge in the corner. This makes it easy to see which bets you're tracking as you browse.

The bookmark appears:

  • On league odds boards

  • In Daily Picks

  • In game detail pages

  • Everywhere that odds appears

How saving works

  1. Tap the odds you want to track

  2. Confirm in the drawer that appears

  3. Tap "Save Bet"

The purple bookmark appears and the bet is added to My Bets.

To remove a saved bet, tap the odds again and select "Delete Bet."

Sportsbook branding

Each odds cell shows which sportsbook the odds come from via a small logo or text label. This helps you:

  • Know where to place your bet if you decide to wager

  • Compare prices across your preferred books

  • Spot differences between mainstream and specialty sportsbooks

Tips for reading odds

  • Always check multiple tabs - The first sportsbook shown isn't always the best

  • Look for the gold star first - It's the fastest way to find value

  • Watch movement - Green arrows can signal good timing; red arrows suggest you might want to wait

  • Save liberally - Track anything interesting and narrow down later in My Bets
