What Pick AI knows
Pick AI starts every conversation with expertise in:
Betting strategy - Understanding value, implied probability, and bankroll management
Sports context - Injuries, trends, matchups, and how they affect outcomes
Market movement - Why odds change and what it means for your bets
When you ask about a specific sport, Pick AI also draws on specialized knowledge for that league.
Example questions by sport
NFL
For spread bets: "Is Eagles -3.5 worth it against the Cowboys, considering their travel schedule and recent defensive performance?"
For totals: "The over/under for Packers vs Bears is 44.5. Given the weather and both teams' red zone efficiency, which side has value?"
NBA
For correlations: "Build me a same-game parlay for Suns vs Kings that benefits if Phoenix controls the pace."
For props: "Which player on the Lakers is most likely to exceed their points prop tonight, based on recent usage and matchup?"
MLB
For totals with weather: "How does tonight's marine layer in San Diego affect the Mariners @ Angels total?"
For pitcher matchups: "Is the under a good play in Yankees @ Red Sox given the starting pitchers' recent form and bullpen availability?"
NHL
For goalie props: "Should I take Sorokin saves over vs Tampa if the Islanders are on a back-to-back?"
For team totals: "Which team is more likely to hit the over on their team total in Avalanche @ Panthers, and why?"
Tips for better conversations
Use voice recording for longer questions
Don't want to type out a complex question? Tap the microphone icon and just talk. You can record up to 90 seconds, making it easy to:
Ask about multiple games at once
Explain your full betting strategy in detail
Include all the context Pick AI needs without typing paragraphs
Voice recording is perfect for questions like: "I'm looking at three NBA games tonight—Lakers vs Warriors, Celtics vs Heat, and Nuggets vs Suns. I prefer underdogs with good recent form and want to avoid back-to-back situations. Which spread has the most value?"
Be specific about what matters to you
Instead of: "Tell me about tonight's games" Try: "Which NBA game tonight has the best spread value for an underdog?"
Mention your custom instructions
If you've set custom instructions in AI Preferences (like preferred betting style or risk tolerance), reference them:
"Using my custom instructions about risk, which of these three picks is the safest?"
Ask for fresh information when it matters
Toggle web search on (the globe icon) and mention it in your question:
"Include fresh injury reports via web search for the Warriors game tonight."
Build on previous answers
Pick AI remembers the conversation. You can follow up without repeating context:
"Dig deeper on the prop you just recommended—what are the main risks?"
Request step-by-step analysis
For complex bets, ask Pick AI to break down the reasoning:
"First, confirm if the Knicks' recent pace supports an under vs Bulls. Then, suggest a rebound prop from that game that correlates with the under."
What to avoid
Vague questions - "Give me a winner" doesn't give Pick AI enough to work with
Multiple unrelated questions at once - Break them into separate messages
Expecting guarantees - Pick AI finds value, but no bet is certain
