We're here to help you get the most out of The Pick. Whether you have a question, found a bug, or want to suggest an improvement, we want to hear from you.

How to contact support

From the sidebar

Look for "Feedback & Support" in the sidebar. Tap it to open the support chat.

What support chat offers

When you open support, you'll be connected to our help system where you can:

  • Ask questions about features

  • Report issues or bugs

  • Share feedback and suggestions

  • Get help with billing or account problems

Your information is included

When you contact support while signed in, we automatically see:

  • Your membership level

  • Account email

  • General session information

This helps us assist you faster without asking for basic details.

When support chat isn't available

On Game Detail pages, the support chat button is hidden to give you more space for viewing odds and props. If you need help while viewing a game, navigate to any other page to access support.

Response times

We aim to respond as quickly as possible:

  • Pro members get priority support

  • All members receive help during business hours

  • Critical issues (like billing or account access) are prioritized

What to include when reporting an issue

Help us help you by including:

  • What happened - Describe the problem clearly

  • What you expected - What should have happened instead

  • When it happened - Approximate time or if it's ongoing

  • Where you were - Which page or feature you were using

The more details you provide, the faster we can identify and fix the issue.

Suggesting improvements

We love hearing your ideas! If you have suggestions for:

  • New features

  • Better ways to display information

  • Additional sports or markets

  • Changes to existing features
